CRYSTAL & energy HEALING
WHAT IS CRYSTAL HEALING & HOW DOES IT WORK?
Crystals each have a vibrational energy which can be attuned to the mind, body & soul. Humans also vibrate energy so the practitioner can select specific crystals which can influence the persons energy, which may be blocked, stagnant or overactive. Crystals are also used as a stimulant as part of a chakra healing/balancing practice. The healing practitioner will cleanse & program their crystals so they can be used for the purposes of aiding health & well being. Crystals are great as a supporting, holistic tool but should not be replaced for professional medical advice or treatment.
I currently offer crystal healing as a supporting energy healing tool alongside guided healing meditations. I also provide advice & recommendations for specific crystals which can help ease physical, spiritual & emotional issues.
REIKI
WHAT IS REIKI & HOW DOES IT WORK?
Reiki is an energy healing technique which originates from Japan. The healer channels life force energy & transfers it to the client via the hands. This can be done by placing the hands either on or near the body & focuses on the chakra points & major organs. This can be especially useful if the client is uncomfortable with physical contact.
I have completed my level 1 in Reiki & am currently practicing & working towards my level 2. In July 2027 I will be qualified to offer Reiki as a service.
