about fay

I started my own personal healing journey a few years ago.
As a young teenager I experienced grief followed by trauma.
I fell into addiction as a way to numb difficult feelings because I didn’t
believe I could change or find an alternative solution .

Thankfully I have since found a new spiritual way of life.
I discovered meditation as a powerful tool to overcome my fears
& insecurities. I am now a qualified Meditation Coach & am
creating a series of guided healing meditations.
I have always had a fascination with crystals & a couple of years ago finally qualified as a crystal & energy healer.
I am passionate about holistic therapy to support physical & emotional wellness.

Along my journey I have developed the gift for tarot reading, which provides wonderful spiritual guidance not just for myself but for others too.

. I am currently training to be a Reiki Practitioner & will be qualified to offer Reiki as a service in July 2027.

My lived experiences have given me wisdom, insight & a deep understanding of emotional difficulties. It is now my mission to help other people who need it & who are willing to put in the effort. With the right tools & support I believe everyone has the ability to heal themselves.
